[Researchflowcore] Canto 3-laser serviced

On Monday the Canto 3-laser was serviced and the PMT for the APC channel was replaced due to poor performance.  Please note that your voltages may be different for the APC channel due to this service. 

Please notify us immediately if you ever have any questions or problems with instrument performance.
